My client, a leading online gaming company based in Central London, is currently looking for a Web Analyst to join them in a permanent position.
In this role you will be required to analyse data and collect and give meaningful insights to drive the products forward. You will analyse user journeys, use Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools to provide insight into data collected. You will help to identify shortcomings in data collection and suggest enhancements.
For this role you will need to have an excellent knowledge of digital and web analytics and will have good commercial experience of analytics tools, in particular Google Analytics. You will also need to have an excellent understanding of user experience and user journeys.

A leading Digital Agency is looking for a Mid-weight Project Manager to join their team ASAP. You will be responsible for the day-to-day task management of medium sized teams and budgets (up to £125k per project). You will be the main point of contact for client delivery and will ensure that the project scope is defined, created and managed. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating activities of individual projects to ensure that all project goals are met.
You will have at least 2 years project management experience within a Digital agency, be able to demonstrate an understanding of PM methodology (i.e. Agile or Prince2) and have a broad understanding of technology. Ideally you will have worked within a client facing role, be an excellent communicator and have managed teams of 3-6 members before.

The key responsibilities for this role include be able to managing the development of multiple projects, handling the relationships with the gaming platforms and also with the clients.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in the gaming industry (ideally with gambling products) and be able to demonstrate a mixture of skills from hardcore project management to producing and account management. You will have at least 3 years project management experience and ideally have worked with the Agile Methodology, you will also be a great communicator, be customer focused, and be able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.

As the successful candidate you will be highly analytical and able to work in a global cross functional team environment. You will have proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies for a subscription service, and you must be a motivated, highly organized individual.
The role will involve collaboration with business leaders to define and execute branding, marketing and media planning strategies, including brand positioning, brand messaging and the customer experience, you will work closely with the Creative and Brand Marketing leaders to develop the editorial voice of the product, be able to establish, implement and manage the use of key customer data, metrics and analytics in making business decisions. Be the champion of data and analytical based decision making for the product and be able to be a key influencer on the look and feel of the product with a focus on optimisation, relying on appropriate metrics and data. Manage the creative production for all assets.

graphic, web and screen design, and a high level of understanding of visual solutions for smaller portable screens.
You will organise, facilitate and participate in brainstorms or user-focused offerings, be responsible for the delivery of branding and identity solutions for both internal and external clients. You will provide screen-based solutions focusing on UI design and concepting across channels such as mobile, web, PC applications and interactive TV.
You will have excellent knowledge of relevant software packages including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, demonstrable skills in illustration, photography, or diagrammatic expertise and iconography are an advantage.
